Ah Feel Like Ahcid! - 24 American Psychedelic Artefacts From - Various. CD. (Zonophone - ZONO 20076)

Many of the tracks on this CD have never been reissued - more so than the previous volumes in this Series, Take My Tip and Insane Times. A truly marvellous collection featuring classic stuff for psychheads f.i. The Third Bardo (I'm Five Years Ahead Of My Time), Common People (Soon There'll Be Thunder), Morning Dew (Crusaders Smile), Gandalf (Can You Travel In The Dark Alone), Fallen Angels (Your Mother's Homesick Too), Balloon Farm (Question of Temperature), and also tracks by SRC, Book Of Changes, First Crew To The Moon , Beach Boys, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Mother Tucker's Yellow Duck, T.I.M.E., Steve Miller Band, Human Beinz, David Axelrod, Kim Fowley, Hour Glass, Fargo, Captain Beefheart. A perfect introduction for anyone who wants to dig deeper into the US 60's psych underground and a treat for the connoisseurs. boasts a fully annotated booklet with rare images of the bands and records featured on the CD.
