Bobby Callender - Musee De L'Impressionisme. CD. (Fallout - FOCD2004)

Hard to find early '70's album from the psychedelic prog rocker, appearing for the first time on CD. Recorded with a full orchestra, this is Bobby's ode to the impressionist painters. A wonderfuly eccentric piece of work, it wonders from psychedelia, to prog to funk and will delight fans of all these genres. Do not worry, the whole thing comes with a booklet full of explanatory liner notes! Tracks include "Claude Monet", "Berthe Morisot", Vincent Van Gogh", and "Nadars (The Baptism Of Impressionism.)"
