Corduroy's debut album was issued in autumn 1992, mixing groovy 60s Hammond organ instrumentals with loungecore tracks and Swinging London/spy soundtrack spoofs. The album was produced by the band with Acid Jazz founder Eddie Piller. Highlights included 'E-Type' (their very first recording) and 'Harry Palmer', named after Michael Caine's memorable 60s film character. | ) |
