Whatever the rumour, the label had taste, the Stonewall album for example, plus of course this hitherto overlookedgem. Reflective songs dominate, each one short and bittersweet. T h e r e ’s a hint of Neil Young, particularly in the vocals, but these guys can really play too. Check out the piano and guitar licks!
