Excellent 2 disc set of unreleased material (give or take a few cuts that have appeared on live highlight discs) of the complete show from the Aquarius Theatre in July 1969. The quartet are in fantastic form on this set as they pull out the stops on tracks like "When The Music's Over", "Gloria", "Crystal Ship", a mammoth take on "The Celebration Of The Lizard" and more. Interestingly enough all the tuning, crowd requests, introductions, management requests etc have been left in which makes this the ultimate live performance. Excellent does not describe the beauty of this rare set, and you'll wish you been there! | ) |

The 2 non Jim Doors LPs from 1971 & 1972 on 1 CD that both show the band were musicians and not a social force. On a musical level both the albums succeed admirably. The second album tried a variety of different styles and songs like "It Slipped My Mind" have a beautiful jazzy West Coast vibe. "Mosquito"has a great Doors styled jam throughout the track.
