Douglas Fir - Hard Heartsingin'. CD. (Gear Fab Records - GF-149) Another excellent Gear Fab find, as this Pacific NorthWest band's 1970 album finally sees a CD reissue. Reminiscent, in parts, of the Allman Brothers Band but with a more mysterious psychedelic vibe, the album has some strong keyboard work and flashes of trippy guitar. A fine release.
