Dragon - Scented Gardens For The Blind. CD. Second album from this warped New Zealand progressive rock group, it was released in 1975 and quickly became a collector's favourite. Hideously obscure and demanding a hefty price at auction this CD reissue may not be the original but it won't force you to sell body parts to afford it either. The sound is over the top progressive rock with a great heaviness that faded out as the group progressed through the seventies. A rare and interesting prog album.

Dragon - Universal Radio. LP. Exact reissue of 180 gram vinyl of the debut album by this '70's progressive rock band from New Zealand. This is easily their best album featuring a distinctive, melodic brew of early '70's progressive rock with multi part harmonies, extended guitar breaks, dreamy keyboards and exotic percussion. Recommended.

Like Iron Butterfly or Bent Wind on even stronger drugs than the ones they already took.
