Eartha Kitt - "That Bad Eartha". CD. (Rev Ola - CRREV189)

Second album by the Sultry performer, first released in 1953. This album gives her plenty of chances to show off her multi lingual tongue, she sings in French, Turkish, Spanish, Swahili as well as English. Her sexiness and predatorial public appearance is never far from the surface, "I Want To Evil", "Let's Do It" and "My Heart Belongs To Daddy" all lends itself to her playful character. Effectively acting her way through the album, it would become a good representative of her career overall, palyful, powerful and a femme fatale.
