Electric Flag - I Should Have Left Her. CD. (Music Avenue - 250165)

When Nick Bloomfield vocalist Nick Gravenites left Electric Flag, what was left was a collection of seasoned professionals from some of America's most successful bands. Drummer Buddy Miles had done session work with Otis Redding; bassist Harvey Brooks had backed Bob Dylan. Keyboard player Barry Goldberg had previously played with Steve Miller, while an equally experienced horn section completed the ensemble. When on stage they turned up the heat to a degree that no audience that saw them perform was able to withstand the spell they created on stage. These live recordings are a testament to the precision, eloquence and power of the Electric Flag.
