Fantasyy Factoryy - Paintings From Inner Space. LP. (Ohrwaschl Records - OW11)

With their 2005 release the German band embraces the almost forgotten concept album. Based on the surrealistic paintings of Helmut Wenske (who did covers for Nektar, Steel Mill,Orange Peel etc.) there are six songs in the 70s psych rock style. Lots of guitars, expressive vocals, powerhouse drumming, rocking organ riffs and melodic flute playing. Coming on 180 gram vinyl in a high quality gatefols sleeve plus an isert with the lyrics and a giant poster with the image of the front cover.
