A mixture of trippy heavy prog (later Blossom Toes/Andromeda) mixed with west coast acid psych (Byrds/Love) and mellow pop psych (Beatles/Saggitarius/Moody Blues) these two concept albums are stunning from start to finish. Sitars, mellotrons, ripping acid guitar, phased effects and layers of vocal harmonies are all to be found on these lost masterpieces. Includes the full story plus photos..

Flowerpot Men - Let's Go To San Francisco. CD. (Repertoire Records - REP 4344) Classic '67 British '60s psychedelia with a west coast harmony vocal sound. Includes the famous title track and plenty more groovy cuts including "A Walk In The Sky" and excerpts from their stunning unreleased psych/prog albums (see elsewhere). Mellotron drenched progressive pop-psike featuring a rich vein of melody and harmony. Last copy of this now DELETED beauty.

Flowerpot Men - Midsummer Dreaming. LP. (Tenth Planet - TP051) 10th planet have put together the essential Flowerpot Men compilation. Concentrating solely on harmony/pop/psike it's a superb collection of the best material by this UK '60's this studio project. The original full length "Let's Go To San Francisco" is brought together with gems such as "Mythological Sunday" "A Walk in The Sky" and various radio jingles and demos. Housed in a period psych sleeve with insert and limited to 1000 hand numbered copies!

Flowerpot Men - Listen To The Flowers Grow. CD. (RPM - RETRO 809) Nineteen track album released to celebrate the 40th anniversary since The Flower Pot Men's summer of love classic "Let's Go To San Francisco" was released. Collected here are various tracks the group recorded with numerous different line ups and under different names such as Dawn Chorus, Friends, Haystack and the solo Neil Landon. A number of these mid to late '60's remastered tracks (mono versions, alternate takes, demos and singles) are unissued before now or are making their debut on CD. Booklet contains sleeve notes with most of the artists who were involved over the years.
