Freedom's Children - Galactic Vibes/Battle Hymn Of The Broken Hearted. CD. (Buy Or Die - BOD 115)

Second album from South Africa's most notorious heavy psychedelic voyagers packaged with their softer debut. "Galactic Vibes" recorded in 1971 features both live and studio cuts, heavy with wah-wah guitar and a drummer who played with his bare hands. "Battle Hymn...." the bands debut, is very much in a late '60's UK psych/rock vein with harpsichord, hammond organ, orchestration, quirky melodies, vocal harmonies and bizarre spoken links between tracks..

Originally released on Parlophone records in 1971 this is heavy wah-wah fuzz led guitar rock of the highest order.
