One of the undisputed legends of the metal genre, former Judas Priest frontman made a spectacular return with one of the best and most convincing comebacks in recent history. Eventually, the lure of the big money was too much and he would rejoin Priest, but not before he had notched up an impressive solo career, and this is one of the highlights of it.

Halford - Live Insurrection. Dble CD. (Metal-Is - MISDD007)

Halford followed up the outstanding metal masterpiece 'Resurrection' with a double live album. This was recorded at various stages during the 'Resurrection World Tour' which saw the band take in 94 shows over a 7 month period in 20 countries around the globe. It features 160 minutes of blistering music, including Judas Priest classics and three previously unreleased studio tracks.
