Hammer Horror - Twins Of Evil OST. CD. (GDI - GDICD012)

Superb orchestral soundtrack of the classic 1971 Hammer Horror movie Twins Of Evil, directed by John Hough and starring Peter Cushing, Dennis Price, David Warbeck, Kathleen Byron, Damien Thomas and Playboy models Madeleine and Mary Collinson- the two Maltese twins whose look influenced goths of many generations. The score by James Bernard, the true giant of film soundtracking, is every bit as great as you remember it.

Hammer Horror - The Quatermass Film Music Collection. CD. (GDI - GDICD008)

Digitally remastered and restored, music from the original soundtrack recordings for the classic English sci-fi horrors 'The Quatermass Experiment' (1955, and the first real Hammer Horror since 1936) and 'Quatermass 2' (1957, considered the masteriece by fans) both of which were scored by the late James Bernard and starred Brian Donlevy in the title role- as well as, of course, 1967's 'Quatermass And The Pit' scored by Tristan Cary and starring everyone's favourite shouty Scotsman (no, not Alan Hansen!!) Andrew Keir. 39 tracks in toto making over and hour's worth of music from the original soundtrack recordings, with a 16 page colour booklet stuffed full of notes on all three movies.

Hammer Horror - The Devil Rides Out OST. CD. (GDI - GDICD013)

"The Goat Of Mendes- THE DEVIL HIMSELF!!" How many metal bands over the years have sampled the dialogue from this, the greatest British horror movie of all time, probably only Satanas himself knows. This is the full soundtrack to this untouchable 1968 classic, directed by 'Mr Hammer' Terence Fisher, and starring Christopher Lee in what is to date the only good guy role he has ever been known for (OK, there were some minor ones in 'Taste Of Fear' 'The Gorgon' and 'The Skull' but none matched up to this) alongside Leon Greene, Paul Eddington, Nike Arrighi, Patrick Mower and the inimitable Charles Gray as the evil Mocata. Buy the soundtrack and then buy the bloody film- your lives aren't complete without it!!

Hammer Horror - Scars Of Dracula OST. CD. (GDI - GDICD014)

Powerful and chilling orchestral soundtrack (composed and conducted by- who else but James Bernard?) to the fifth film in the Dracula series (the fourth to feature Christopher Lee, alongside Dennis Waterman, Jenny Hanley and Patrick Troughton) originally released in 1970 and directed by Roy Ward Baker. Not the best Hammer film by any means- that honour still belongs to "The Devil Rides Out"- but dig the music. Excellent 20 page colour booklet containing detailed liner notes and tons of images from the movie.

Hammer Horror - Mummy OST (Reisenstein). CD. (GDI - GDICD006)

The absolutely super duper (it sez here) orchestral soundtrack by Franz Reisenstein that graced this seminal 1959 Hammer movie, starring of course Peter Cushing (IT'S THE CUSH!! IT'S THE CUSH!!) as Dr John Banning, Christopher Lee as the titular fiend (actually called Kharis) and Yvonne Furneaux (schlurrrpp!!) as Cushing's wife, who is of course the reincarnation of the mummy's dead mistress- and we're supposed to believe he hasn't twigged this until the last reel, despite supposedly having been an expert on the subject for over 20 years. Ah, plot expediency, dontcha just love it?. . Classic soundtrack, classic film.

Hammer Horror - Lost Continent OST. CD. (GDI - GDICD015)

Digitally restored and remastered music from the original soundtrack recording composed by Gerard Schurmann for the 1968 Hammer classic The Lost Continent, directed by the infamous Michael Carreras and released in 1968. Starring Eric Porter, Hildegarde Knef, Suzannah Leigh, Tony Beckley (YAAAY!!), Dana Gillespie (who sadly doesn't sing in the film) and a young Donald Sumpter getting hoist by the topsail. The theme song is brilliant, as are parts of the film- watch out for the tennis rackets!!.

Hammer Horror - Blood From The Mummy's Tomb OST. CD. (GDI - GDICD019)

The atmospheric soundtrack to what lurks surely within Hammer's all time Top 10 films- 1971's "Blood From The Mummy's Tomb". This was the film that attempted to drag Hammer kicking and screaming inton the Seventies- set in the present day and starring Andrew Keir (deputising for a recently widowed Peter Cushing), James Villiers, Rosalie Crutchley, Hugh Burden, Mark Edwards, George Colouris, James Cossins, David Jackson and the most beautiful woman to ever wear a velvet furlined coat and kneeboots, Valerie 'Hai Karate' Leon. Needless to say, the music- composed by Tristam Cary and full of the mystery and terrors of the Middle East- is superb. Excellent 20 page colour booklet included. DUN- DUN- DURRRR!!!
