Johnny Cash - Greatest / Now Here's Johnny. CD. (Snapper - SNAP284CD) Two original Sun album on one CD, dating from 1959 and '61. This two fer features four bonus tracks from the era. Greatest came out after Cash had left the label and Sun cashed in by pulling together some ignored tracks and a few biggy singles alongside demos and alternative versions. Greatest certainly deserves it's title, Cash's third Sun album is drenched in the glorious reverb you would expect (and hope for) and features the man in blacks passionate renditions of Hank Williams numbers and some other Cowboy crooners.
