CD. 3 Uruguay artists on 1 CD, 18 great songs from the early 70's by Jorge Barrall, Jesus Figuero and Genesis (no, not that Genesis - the Heavy Uruguayan Psych band). The Genesis album in particular was recorded in 1972, and includes some fine progressive rock together with more traditional styles and plenty of extended guitar solos. The other two albums on this CD package are also heavy blues-based rock that follow in the wake of the Fuzz/Psych scene that exploded out of South America is the 60's. Very nice.
