Juicy Groove - First Taste. CD. This band was formed in 1978 by Michael Rainbow Neal (ex Seeds) with Mars Bonfire (guitar, ex-Steppenwolf), and Ed Cassidy (ex-Spirit drums) plus Ed Cassidy's son also on drums. It's hard fuzzy acid rock throughout and contains great guitar work by Mars Bonfire especially on the 6 minute "Spread Love". Virtually the same band went on to make "The Starry Ride" mini album with Sky Saxon in the 1980's for Psycho. Overall the sound is similar to that release.
