Kakashi - Kakashi. CD. (Captain Trip - CTCD-011) Incredible new Japanese band who sound like Amon Düül filtered through the funk (filtered back through Amon Düül [this stuff is weird!]). Amazing guitar and keyboard breaks woven around some bizarre songs (with titles that translate as "Unconsciousness", "Help! Help! Help!" and "My Little Time Machine".) A brilliant album of far-out music from the incredibly fertile Japanese psychedelic scene.

Kakashi - Live. CD. (Captain Trip - CTCD-319) As you might have guessed, this is a live album from the 90's Japanese psychedelic funk-rockers. Awesome full on organ-led psych rock reminiscent of Santana with some stunning instrumental interplay . Tracks include "Ivory Gate" and "Psychedelic Loving Song" Fantastic!

Kakashi - Mountain Love. CD. (Captain Trip - CTCD-048) The second album 1996 from this inventive Japanese psych band. A strong mixture of '60s acid rock and '70s space / progressive rock. Recommended.... (Try something new!) Great '60s psych cover art and obi strip - Japanese pressing.
