Karthago - Karthago. CD. (Repertoire Records - PMS 7059) Debut album from the Berlin based ensemble, this 1971 release mixed elements of funk, jazz and rock - coming across as one of the first 'fusion' bands who ended up sounding not unlike a cross between Santana, Argent and Chicago. The cover art was used on "The Crack In The Cosmic Egg" book.

Karthago - Second Step. CD. (Repertoire Records - PMS 7071) Second album, from 1973, by the German band which continued in the rich vein of American influence psych/rock fusion mined from the first release. Collaborations with Atlantis, a song in Spanish and two bonus tracks here all help to make up an unusual and effective Kraut Rock offering.
