At long last this brilliant Finnish bands' music is back in print ! Led by the gifted guitarist Petri Walli - who tragically commited suicide by jumping of a church tower - the band were a stunning three piece heavy psychedelic rock band. Imagine a cross between Hendrix and Led Zep with a Middle Eastern vibe and English vocals and you are somewhere close. This album was their debut from 1992 and is remastered with improved packaging.
The second album by this great Finnish heavy psych band dating from 1993. Strong songs and Petri Walli's killer guitar work make this a real discovery and the band are legendary in Finland as a result. Finally available again remastered and repackaged. Very cool acid rock with a Hendrix meets Led Zep flavour..
This is Kingston Wall's masterpiece from 1994 made shortly before Petri Walli killed himself by jumping from a church tower. Whilst the band could be accused of being retro on earlier albums this, whilst undoubtably influenced by Hendrix n and Led Zep, develops the bands sound into a trippy fusion of heavy '70's rock and trance influenced space rock. Wrapped around a mystical theme based on the ancient past of the Scandinavian peoples the record exudes a mystical psychedelic atmosphere much like The 13th Floor Elevators "Easter Everywhere". Easily one of the best psych guitar albums of the last 20 years and now remastered with stunning packaging.
