CD version of incredibly rare Columbian 1966 garage album. 15 cool and wild partly English/partly Spanish vocal tracks, featuring snarling versions of 'Baby with eight page booklet, rare pics and band history told by original drummer, Roberto Fiorilli. Painstakingly remastered in excellent sound. Honoured with five circles in Pokoras '1001 RC Dream Book'.

Los Young Beats - Exciting Sounds Of. LP. (Break Away Records - BREAK 12)

1966, five young men entered the Suramericana de Grabaciones Studios in Bogotà, Colombia. Today this album is one of the rarest and most sought-after collectors items from the South American sixties beat scene, honoured with five circles in Hans Pokoras 1001 RC Dream Book. 11 cool and wild tracks, vocals alternating between English and Spanish. You'll be subjected to snarling versions of Baby Please Dont Go, Train Kept A Rolling, Heart Of Stone, For Your Love, Not Fade Away and You Really Got Me, and four 1967 bonus cuts (in a more psych style) by the Time Machine, the band that emerged from the ashes of the Young Beats. Read the Young Beats history as told by Roberto Fiorilli, and behold previously unseen photos on a glossy 2-page insert.
