Artist Listing : Macrocosmica (2 products)

Macrocosmica - Art Of The Black Earth. CD.

"Art of the Black Earth" features ex-members of Teenage Fanclub, Mogwai and Bangtwister, the resulting effort is not for the faint-hearted. Ltd to 1000 copies only this is the first proper full-length from the sometimes very rockin' Glasgow 4-piece who are black-hearted purveyors of spaced out dark metal.'Car crash music' if we've ever heard it and quite a unique take on rock music. God bless Scotland! For fans of Metallica, Kyuss and King Krimson.

Macrocosmica - Farewell To Earth. CD. (Trepanner Head Music - THCCD02)

Once again Macrocosmica shows the world in 2005 that heavy music doesn´t have to be downtuned to the max and distorted to a point where it gets disturbing. Farewell To Earth is a pure rock album with a lot of Italian prog elements and alternative moments, but the band don´t forget their idols and here and there you also find elements of old Sabbath, Kyuss and King Crimson..We like this mixture and if you ever see these guys live you'll know that the music is magic. Farewell To Earth is original, groovy and damn heavy. Housed in a fantastic gatefold digi pak sleeve with 8 page booklet designed by The Sons Of Saturn and only a limited run of 1000 copies. Get this one fast, it’s a must have.
