Seatrain - Sea Train. CD. (Edsel - EDCD 676) Official release of the 1969 album formed by members of Blues Project and Mystery Trend. Largely dominated by the violin of Richard Greene, this was a pleasing and interesting amalgam of country rock, blues and psychedelia. Hard to fully describe but well worth investigating.Great late 60's style sleeve.

Seatrain - Seatrain/Marblehead Messenger. Dble CD. (B.G.O. Records - BGOCD465) Out of the ashes of the Blues Project came Sea Train. Here are two of their albums on one CD both from 1971. Unlike the more psychy debut release the bands 2nd and 3rd albums featured here are superb hippy country rock releases with a jazz/rock edge and elements of bluegrass and country. Both albums featured Peter Rowan and were produced by George Martin. Great music.
