Space Needle - Recordings 1994-1997. CD. (Eenie Meenie / RE - EM023-2) Thirteen track collection from the Long Island-based duo who experiment in Post Punk, Prog and even Hip Hop. Jud Ehrbar and Jeff Gatland first hit the scene with the Voyager album released on the New York label Zero Hourfuzzy; their psychedelic compositions backed by primitive tape loops and experimental production techniques quickly gathered a cult following nad have influenced modern day groups like Minus The Bear, Animal Collective and Black Dice. Perhaps now that other bands have cought up with their experiemntal sound, maybe they will get the respect and dues they deserve. Worth hearing for the final track entitled "Where The Fuck's My Wallet?" Digi pack.
