Recorded in 2003 he used a flexible studio line up including Anna Ryder & Maartin Allock from the Fairport family together with the legendary sax player Andy Shepherd and friends to create a true wish-list band.

This is the first ever live document of one of the acoustic scene's hardest working acts and it has been dully supervised and overseen by Steve. With fans including Wizz Jones, Robin Williamson and Bert Jansch it's fair to say this man swings with some clout.

Steve Tilston - Life By Misadventure. CD. (Market Square - MSMCD 108) Little known UK folk singer song writer/guitarist who has released albums since 1971. With a voice that is uncannily like Nick Drake and a fragile style similar to early John Martyn this album is Steve's masterpiece from 1987. Also included is a beautiful 23 minute Irish instrumental epic entitled Rhapsody from the "Swans at Coole" album. A stunning acoustic guitar journey.

Steve Tilston - Songs From The Dress Rehearsal. CD. (Market Square - MSMCD132) First-time reissue of much sought-after 1976 album, produced by Rupert Hine (Camel, Kevin Ayers, Tina Turner, Chris de Burgh, Stevie Nicks) and featuring accompaniment from Hine, John G Perry (ex-Quantum Jump) and Michael Giles (ex-King Crimson). The original set is bolstered with five extra tracks of previously unreleased material from 1979, produced by Stefan Grossman.
