Terje Rypdal - Bleak House. CD. (Polydor - 547 885 2) 1968 debut album from the Norwegian multi-instrumentalist who was in The Dream. Previously having dabbled with beat and psychedelic pop, for this album he explored the possibilities of blues and jazz rock fusion. Jan Garbarek contributed sax and flute, and this is an accomplished effort that would not be out of place alongside other exponents of the genre.
