(Vampi Soul - VAMPI 35) Formed in 1970 by the most internationally recognised Uruguayan musician in the last 30 years, Totem represents the sound known as 'Candome-beat' which is based on the sound of three kinds of percussion, 'chico', 'repique' and 'piano'. This is is incredible, multi-textural world music that demands your attention.
