Victor Jara - Manifiesto. CD. (Essential - ESMCD657) Legendary Chilean Folk singer who came to prominence during the Pinoche regime, his voice was one of protest, articulating an anti-authoritarian stance which would ultimately cost him his life. This is a thoughtful, stirring collection and we should all doff our collective caps to people like him. Excellent stuff
