(Goldmine Soul Supply - GSLP118) Yet another excellent deep funk compilation from the folks at Goldmine/Soul Supply, who set the standard for obscure funk reissues with this volume as it contains Joyce Williams' "The First Thing I Do in the Morning" and Kim Tomango's "Not by Bread Alone" which are collector favorites while Busey's Soulblenders puree their way through a crazed "Soul Power, Pt. 2".It's graet great to see these obscure nuggets being set free into the marketplace after decades of neglect.
