(Polygram - 9819312) Probably the most overtly 'out there' release by Cream inspired by collision of blues, jazz, folk and psychedelia that captured the heady atmosphere of the 60's.This was the album that brought Cream to mainstream attention in America, spawning a major hit single in "Sunshine of Your Love" and durable classic-rock standards in "Strange Brew," "Tales of Brave Ulysses" and "Swlabr." This package augments the stereo and mono mixes of the original album with an assortment of vintage demos,outtakes and radio sessions, including -"Weird of Hermiston," "The Clearout" and "Hey Now Princess"-that didn't make it to Disraeli Gears. Re-mastered version with enhanced sound quality.
