Kate Bush - The Whole Story (Japanese Ltd Ed). CD. (EMI - TOCP 67822) This compilation was originally released in 1987 to commemorate 10 years of Kate's recordings for EMI; other than the hit single 'Experiment IV' and a re-recorded, more reverb drum-y version of 'Wuthering Heights' (it is up to the individual listener to decide whether or not this was ever necessary) all the material included is from Kate's first five albums. A great introduction to the early work of a classic artist, although the title is misleading, as it does not tell the Whole Story at all- but the great thing about Kate is, of course, that the story will never be fully told. Look forward to the next baffling instalment!! Beautifully packaged in a replica 'mini-vinyl' card sleeve in an individual protective plastic wallets featuring all original sleeve artwork, finishes, inserts and designs.
