New York Dolls - From Here To Eternity- The Bootleg Box Set. 3-CD Box Set. (Castle/Sanctuary - CMETD1039) The entirety of the greatest rock and roll band in the world's bootleg recordings. Post Actress, pre-Mercury, pre-Nolan, some even pre-Sylvain. These have been floating around the 'unofficial' tape and disc trading scene for some thirty years- now here they are at last, all collected together in a two disc box set, complete with live performances from Paris, Vancouver and New York City 1973-5. Like anything they ever recorded, it's worth having, although it's no substitute for the forthcoming new album- talking of which, get a move on, you two!! Someone needs to save us from Good Charlotte and Aiden. . .
