HELP : TECHNICAL INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS : SHOPPING BASKET AND CHECKOUT PROBLEMS

I have added items to my shopping basket but they do not appear in my basket.

I have added items to my shopping basket I cannot get to the checkout.
Solution:
- 90% of the time this problem can be rectified by closing down your web browser, and returning to the site through the main URL. We're not sure why this happens, but please make sure that you return to the site through the main url and front page - http://www.freakemporium.com. The first page of the web site will read in your shopping basket and set up cookies dependant on this, so always enter the site through this page.
- If this has not helped, check that you do indeed have cookies enabled in your web browser. Depending on what browser you have there will be a different way to check for this. Cookies are usually enabled by default in all browsers.
- Still having problems? Send an email to tech@freakemporium.com. Be sure to include the following information :
- The make of the browser you are using, and the version (ie - Netscape v4.7, Opera 5.1).
- The platform you are on - ie - Windows XP, Windows 3.1, Mac OS9 etc.
- Let us know if you are behind a network firewall or some type of firewall that will not allow cookies to get through.
- Include details of precisely what the problem is. Eg. How you enter the site, where you go to and where the problem occurs.
