Payment By Credit Card
Website orders use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in a new browser window. Credit card details are encrypted and sent directly to our sales department.
We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and debit cards (Switch / Visa Delta / Maestro / Solo). We regret that we cannot accept Amex or American Express.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Due to the large amount of credit card fraud The Freak Emporium makes all efforts to protect credit card holders. If you place an order with us we must be sure that you are the person named on the credit card and that you are therefore authorised to use the card details that you are giving to us. Since we are unable to deal with you face to face we hope you appreciate the problem we have with identification and card verification. In an effort to combat crime and to act in the best interests of law abiding credit card holders we may request that you provide evidence that you are the holder of the card you are trying to use. We normally do this if we have not dealt with you before and/or you are placing a large order. We will only request evidence of authority/identity once and we hope that you understand our reasons for carrying out this procedure. The only information we will request is name, address and credit card details which we will need in any case to process the order.
EVIDENCE THAT YOU ARE THE CARD HOLDER : We may request a photocopy of the card and your signature to be sent to us as well as your full name and home address.
EVIDENCE OF IDENTITY : We may request a copy of a document that shows your name and address such as a gas bill, electricity bill, driving licence, credit card statement etc. If you send us copies of such documents you can of course blank out any confidential information other than name and address.

Payment by Paypal:
We can now accept payment by paypal at a 2% + 20p surcharge to help cover Paypal's administration charge. Simply select 'Paypal' at the checkout and your order total will be recalculated with the surcharge.
Once all of the items from your order are in stock, we will email you a paypal request to the email address you have used to sign up, which you can then pay. Should your paypal account be under a different email address to the one you have registered with on our site, please update your email address on our site to this email address (under the My Freakemporium section, then go to Edit My Details) or alternatively let us know which email address you wish to use for paypal payment in the notes box on the checkout screen.
Payment by Post:
We can accept a postal payment by any of the following methods:
Any cheque that is drawn on a UK bank in British Pounds Sterling or in Euros : Drawn on a UK bank means that the cheque must be issued by a UK bank. We cannot accept cheques issued by non UK banks unless they feature a UK bank address on the body of the cheque.
International Money Orders (IMO) and Giros : These forms of payment are acceptable as long as they are in British Pounds Sterling or Euros and are drawn on a UK bank as above.
UK Pounds Sterling Postal Orders : (we cannot accept foreign postal orders) All postal orders should be payable to Richard Allen.
Cash : We advise against sending cash in the post. If you send cash it should be sent registered/insured mail. All cash is sent at your risk. We only accept non-UK currency if you have agreed an exchange rate with us, in advance. If you send foreign cash without asking us first we reserve the right to dictate the exchange rate value.
All cheque payments must be made out to DELERIUM RECORDS LTD except for postal orders which should be made payable to Richard Allen.
