1. How Long Does It Take To Despatch My Order?
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours, although many will go out the same day. At particularly busy periods, such as when a new paper catalogue has been sent out, your order may take up to a week to be despatched.

2. I ordered some time ago and still haven't received my order
Most orders are sent out within 48 hours of us receiving your order. You should allow 10 days (UK), or 3 weeks (Europe and World) to receive your order. If you haven't received your goods by then, please contact customercare@freakemporium.com, and we shall look into it. Please note that it is extremely rare that orders do actually go missing.

3. Can I track the status of my order online?
Yes, from the 'My Freakemporium' section of the web site. If you require any further information about your account, please contact us and we will let you know. Our telephone lines are open between 10AM and 6PM Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

4. Do You Give Discounts?
Sorry, but we do not give discounts - instead we keep our prices as low as we can!!

5. How Long Will You Hold My Order For Me?
If you opt to send payment seperate to your order, stock will be reserved for you and held whilst we wait for your payment. We will hold UK orders for up to two weeks from the date the order was processed, and elsewhere for six weeks. If for some reason you cannot pay for your order or cannot pay within this time please let our sales dept know. We only ask for this simple courtesy and if you don't let us know then we will have to assume that you are a pain in the ass and refuse to accept future orders from you. Fair's fair...

6. How secure is ordering through your site?
In a word, completely. Our site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means that ALL information passed between us and you is encrypted in transit. You can view our secure certificate by clicking the 'Thawte' icon at the top right of the screen.

Please note also that we do NOT store credit card details on our server, and require you to put them in every time. We DO have our own server, but prefer to do things this way. Once your order reaches our server, it is immediately encrypted further, and emailed to us using PGP email encryption. Only one electronic key can decrypt this order, and it is in our office - password protected. The key that actually encrypts it on our server CANNOT decrypt it!
