Using The Wishlist :
The wish list is provided for you to build up your own personalised list of items that you're interested in but don't want to buy immediately. To add items to or view your wishlist you must be logged in. To add an item to your wishlit, simply select the 'Add To Wishlist' option by each product. You can view your wishlist at any time by selecting 'My Wishlist' from the top menu bar. Once in your wishlist, you can select to add products from there straight to your shopping basket, or remove them from your wishlist altogether. When you add wishlist items to your basket they will automatically be removed from your wish list.
The wishlist is available in two views : the simple list (default) and the advanced list. The advanced list will display product images and descriptions along with the artist, title and price information. You can add as many products to your wishlist as you like. We hope that you find this facility useful!
Saved Searches :
If you find youself performing the same searches each time you use the web site, then the saved search facility may well be for you. It allows you to save your search criterea, and run the search any time by clicking on the search name.
You can save any search you choose, by clicking on the 'Save This Search' button at the top of the results page. You will be prompted to choose a name for your search, and in addition you are invited to optionally type in a short description of your search to remind you of what it is. You can then run this search again at any time by going to 'My Saved Searches' from the main search page.
The Email Search Results option:
This facility works in conjunction with the Save Search option above. As you are saving a search, you will be asked if you would like the search results emailed to you at specific intervals. You can select either weekly or monthly. Furthermore, you can choose the specific day of the week, or date of the month that you'd like your search results emailed to you. Note that this option will ONLY send results to you for items that are new in stock in that last week or month (depending on what time interval you have selected). If there are no new items, you will not be sent an email, meaning that you only receive mail when something comes in that matches your criterea.
This facility can be tuned to all sorts of things. If you are interested in a particular label, you can set this up to email you when anything new comes in on that label. If you're just interested in a band, you can set this up to email you when something new comes into stock by that band. Or, if you choose, you can use the search through description field to email you when anything comes into stock with the name of your faviourite band in the product description! This may help you to find all sorts of items by artists of a similar genre to your favourites that you never knew existed.
