If you have to return something to us, please call us before you do so, in order that we can issue you with a returns number! We do not accept any liability whatsoever for items returned to us unless you have been in contact with us first and we have accepted your reason for return of the item(s) and the items are packed to the same standard that they were dispatched to you.

If items are returned to us that are subsequently damaged or lost, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage. You should send any authorized item by an insured service. We will replace faulty items only if they are returned to us within 14 days of said notification. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights if you are a UK citizen.
